Beef or Deer Kabob 2 lbs. beef or deer roast
16 oz. Wishbone Italian salad dressing
3 lbs. bacon slices
Slice partially thawed roast as thin as possible (no thicker than 1/8-inch). In plastic container, soak the meat overnight in Italian dressing. Remove slices; roll up, then roll bacon slices around roast slices. Put on skewer and grill 10 minutes per side or until bacon is done. Yields 6 to 8 servings. |
