Fruit Kabobs Fruit Dip:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz.) jar of marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Kabobs:
(Quantity for these ingredients will depend on the size and number of skewers.)
Green Grapes
Red Grapes
Fresh strawberries, whole or cut in half
Canned chunk pineapple, drained
Dip: Beat the cream cheese with mixer until fluffy. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla. Mix until dipping consistency.
Kabobs: Wash fresh fruit and drain pineapple well. Slide fruit onto wooden skewers alternating fruits (keep strawberries and pineapple separated). Do not start off end with pineapple. Dip generously in prepared dip and serve. Yields 8 to 10 servings. |
